About the role

The Network and System Change and Communications, Engagement and Data group are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two General Managers. You will need to have strong attention to detail and impeccable accuracy, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

Your extensive administrative and EA experience will help you to hit the ground running. You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all different levels of the business and use your knowledge to help support the efficient and effective flow of information through the organisation.

  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy
