Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the
role
This is a newly created role. you will play a key role in ensuring our digital systems and capabilities effectively support our customers’ needs. You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the digital products that enable our organisation to deliver great customer outcomes, now and into the future.
Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will develop a deep understanding of business and customer needs, translate these into clear product strategies and roadmaps, and lead the delivery of initiatives that bring them to life. You will also ensure strong processes are in place to continuously capture changing needs and respond to them in a timely, effective way.
Nōu te rourou | What you’ll bring
- Experience in working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery
- Public sector and/or industry experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital delivery in the public service
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
