Kōrero mōtetūranga| About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two General Managers. This is a 10-month, fixed term position to backfill maternity leave. You will need to have strong attention to detail and impeccable accuracy, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Your extensive administrative and EA experience will help you to hit the ground running. You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all different levels of the business and use your knowledge to help support the efficient and effective flow of information through the organisation.

Managing a complex and dynamic diary, inbox, meeting schedule and travel arrangements.
- Building trusted relationships and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipating emerging priorities, identifying issues early, and ensuring the GMsare well prepared and appropriately briefed.
- Coordinating meetings, events and organisational activities to support effective decision-making.
- Providing high-quality administrative support with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
